Today we say goodbye to our high school intern from Turkey. Ezgi has spent the past two weeks in the Cell Biology lab of our spokesperson Hannes Herrmann, where she supported the team diligently with the general lab work e.g., aliquoting various media and buffers, isolation of plasmids from bacteria and mitochondria from yeast, working on the cleanbench with cells (and much more). It was great to have her here and we hope that the insights she has gained will help her in the decision to study Biology in Germany. Many thanks to the Cell Biology team for their care and support.
