Today we say farewell to our visiting scientist Yuta Konishi from the Kyoto Sangyo University in Japane. Yuta has spent the past three months (October to December 2024) in the Cell Biology lab of our spokesperson Hannes Herrmann investigating the function of the yeast protein that localizes to multiple organelles in the cell. We wish Yuta a safe journey home and continued success for his scientific and private future.
