During today’s Theory & Practice Seminar, our PhD students had the opportunity to test whether their proteins/samples/cells can benefit from the application of STED super-resolution microscopy. After a short theoretical recapitulation of the principles and advantages of super-resolution microscopy by our PI Jan Pielage, our PhD student Dario shared his experiences with his colleagues in a practical session on the STED microscope using the samples they brought along.
