Today’s Practice & Theory seminar with our PI Marcel Deponte dealt with oxidative stress. While the first “theoretical part” was mainly about definitions of oxidative stress, the second “practical part” showed common do’s and don’ts in redox research using several examples from publications. Many thanks, dear Marcel, for a very instructive seminar and for training our doctoral students in critical thinking. As it was the last event of this two-semester STRESSistance seminar series, our spokesperson organized an ice cream party for the PhD students and PIs at the end.
