Saskia is our new associated PhD student. In the Cell Biology lab she is investigating cellular modulations caused by changing growth conditions from respiration to fermentation with a main interest in glucose-induced protein degradation and its connection to the regulation of mitochondrial biogenesis. We wish a lot of success for her project and are happy to have her on board.
