Today, our PhD students had the opportunity to attend a one-day workshop on Mental Health and resilience. During the workshop, they were able to identify their individual risk and protective factors for mental health and, based on this, create a personal plan to manage stress and increase mental resilience. In addition to basic knowledge about stress development and resilience, the program also included many practical exercises. In total, the workshop provided a lot of added value for our PhD students and we cordially thank the trainer, Sarah Labudek, for spending the day with us.
