Today, 19 March 2024 we had the pleasure to welcome Jun. Prof. Andreas Richter from the Department of Plant Metabolism at the University of Rostock for a talk within our guest seminar series. After several appointments with some of our PIs and PhD students during the day and prior to his very interesting talk entitled “What it takes to become purple – On the activation of anthocyanin biosynthesis during acclimation of plants to high light”, he shared insights into his research work and personal career path during a casual and lively pre-talk-meeting with our PhD students. We thank Andreas for the inspiring visit and wish continued success in his private and professional life.
